The Association strongly supports the principle that everyone has a right to decent, affordable housing suitable to their needs within the community that they wish to live in.

Our housing is designed to ensure that it can be lived in by a wide variety of client groups with the minimum requirement for specialist modifications, if any.

For those who may require care and support services, we work closely with a wide range of statutory and voluntary organisations that can provide these services to our tenants in their own home. The client groups that we aim to assist includes the elderly, people with a physical disability, people with a learning disability and people with mental health problems.
