COMPLETING AN APPLICATION FORM

Our Housing Application Form is simple to complete and you will be asked to provide the following information:

Your Details who you are, where you live now and how we may contact you.
Your Household who is going to be housed with you.
Areas of Choice a tick box selection of the locations in Skye and Lochalsh that you wish to live in.
Previous Addresses details of any previous addresses that you have lived in during the last 5 years.
Your Accommodation information about your present housing and its condition.
Medical Condition details of any medical condition or disability that is being aggravated by your present housing conditions.
Other Factors information regarding any other factors that are contributing to your need to be housed.

All applicants are asked to voluntarily complete an Equal Opportunities Monitoring Form which helps us compile statistics in accordance with our Equal Opportunities Policy. This information is not taken into consideration in assessing your application for housing.

Applicants who may have a medical condition or disability that is being aggravated by their present housing conditions will be asked to complete a self assessment Form which provides further details. This Form is sent to all applicants with our Housing Application Form.
