APPLYING FOR OUR PROPERTIES
The Association has a wide variety of different types of houses and flats throughout Skye and Lochalsh for let at affordable rents or for sale on a Shared Ownership or Shared Equity basis. Almost all of our properties have been built since 1986 and we have a continuing programme of new build projects adding to our housing stock each year.
On average each year we have approximately 70 properties available as a result of vacancies arising and new properties being completed. Click here to see information on our Lets for 2009/2010.
