HOW WE ALLOCATE OUR PROPERTIES
The Association has a wide variety of different types of houses and flats throughout Skye and Lochalsh for let at affordable rents or for sale on a Shared Ownership or Homestake basis. Almost all of our properties have been built since 1986 and we have a continuing programme of new build projects adding to our housing stock each year.
On average each year we have approximately 60 properties available to applicants on our housing list as a result of vacancies arising and new properties being completed.
This section explains how our houses are allocated and what you need to do to apply for one.
