AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

The Association has in place a range of Plans which describe our aims and objectives, key priorities, and proposed actions for the short, medium and long term. Our Plans also detail the financial and human resources required to support our activities and identifies appropriate sources of funding.

The Management Committee annually reviews our Aims and Objectives and these are currently as follows:-

Aims

  • To work in partnership to provide access to high quality affordable housing solutions and related services and to contribute to the improvement of the social, economic and cultural well being of the whole community.

  • To provide access to a wide range of high quality affordable housing solutions for those in need in both the rental and home ownership sectors.

  • To deliver high quality services and standards across the whole range of our activities.

  • To work within a policy framework and financial environment which delivers financial viability and value for money.

  • To ensure accountability, openness and compliance in the governance of the Association’s activities.

  • To support all of the work of the Association by the effective use of financial, human and information resources.

  • To provide equality of opportunity and access to all our services and activities.


The Association is registered with The Scottish Housing Regulator as a Registered Social Landlord (No. 324) and with the Financial Services Authority (No. 2132RS).
