Flats at the former GP Surgery in Kyle of Lochalsh (17/1/2012)
The new tenants moved in to the Association’s 4 flats for affordable rent on the site of the former GP Surgery in Kyle of Lochalsh in January 2012.
Kyleakin Youth Hostel
Our development of 12 rented properties at Kyleakin Youth Hostel is now complete.
The flats will be called Obbeside, as suggested by Kyleakin Primary School pupils.
Flats at Home Farm, Portree for Shared Equity Sale
The development of 12 Shared Equity 2-bedroom flats in Home Farm, Portree is now complete.

All drawings subject to change.The Nurse's Cottage, Raasay The refurbishment of the former Nurse's Cottage/Surgery at Inverarish on the Isle of Raasay is now complete.
Raasay Phase II Pairc na Sgoile 23/8/2011) Negotiations for the construction of 3 houses at the Heritage Site, School Park on the Isle of Raasay were successfully concluded with Compass. The works started on site in August 2011 and are due to complete in May 2012.
