RANGE OF SERVICES AVAILABLE

The Association provides a comprehensive range of housing and property services to tenants which are funded by the rental income we receive. Some tenants receive a further range of services for which a charge is applied to reflect the actual cost of providing the service. We can also provide additional services on request for tenants who may have very specific needs or requirements.

The following services are provided to all tenants:-

Housing Services

  • Administration of our Allocations Policy including housing applications, new allocations, transfers and exchanges

  • Administration of the requirements of our Tenancy and Occupancy Agreements

  • Collection of rent and charges and prevention and management of arrears

  • Estate Management including prevention and management of anti-social behaviour and neighbour disputes

  • Tenant Participation

  • Housing advice and information

Property Services

  • A 24 hour Emergency Repairs Service

  • Day to Day repairs and maintenance

  • Cyclical repairs and maintenance

  • Major Repairs and Planned maintenance including modernisation works

The following services are provided within some of our properties and are funded by a service charge to tenants:

  • Communal cleaning in flatted developments

  • Communal lighting

  • Door Entry Systems

  • Satellite Television Systems
