Elderly or disabled households who require repairs, adaptations or improvements to their properties can receive assistance from the Association through our Care and Repair Programme.
More than £5 million has been spent on this work since the programme commenced and we aim to assist up to 50 households each year.

- Arrange for your needs to be assessed
- Help you identify/prioritise repair works
- Help you identify finance for the works
- Project manage your works on your behalf

Due to financial constraints, a moratorium is currently in place for Care & Repair assistance towards general household repairs, e.g. replacement roofs, windows and doors. Should this situation change, we will provide an update on this page. The moratorium does not affect disabled adaptations; these will be processed as normal on receipt of an Occupational Therapist adaption request.
