Elderly or disabled households who require repairs, adaptations or improvements to their properties can receive assistance from the Association through our Care and Repair Programme.

More than £5 million has been spent on this work since the programme commenced and we aim to assist up to 50 households each year.

• Arrange for your needs to be assessed

• Help you identify/prioritise repair works

• Help you identify finance for the works

• Project manage your works on your behalf
