Want to influence and understand how LSHA sets its rents? We are keen to make sure that your rent is affordable as well as covering the costs of delivering high quality services to you. We’d therefore like to hear your views to make sure we’re doing it right – is our approach to rent setting fair, understandable and agreeable? To get involved, please start by looking at the current Rent Setting Policy which explains how rents and services charges for different properties is calculated. You can then share your own thoughts on this by completing the online survey here: https://forms.office.com/r/bEy3EMLnS5

The survey is anonymous and should take less than 10 minutes to complete. The survey will close on Sunday 31st October or would like to complete this survey in a different format (paper copy in post) you can email This email address is being protected from spambots. There are a few equalities questions at the end of the survey - this is to understand how our rent setting policy may affect different groups of people and to ensure that it does not discriminate. For information on how we will use the information you give us, please see the LSHA Privacy Policy and Fair Processing Notice: https://www.lsha.co.uk/policies and https://www.lsha.co.uk/images/PDFs/MembersInfo/Policies/FairProcessingNotice.pdf.
