We remind you that it is an offence to park over fire hydrant under section 23 of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005.
Please make sure that the hydrants in your street are always kept clear so that in the event of a fire in your area these can be easily accessed by the fire brigade.
The local fire brigade can often be seen doing inspections of the hydrants and are maintaining them with yellow paint to avoid confusion, please familiarise yourself with these and avoid parking over them at all times;
