Paying Your Rent
Your rent must be paid in advance and received by the 1st of each month. For example, April’s rent is due on or before 1st April.
Lochalsh & Skye Housing Association offers several convenient ways to pay:
Direct Debit
Set up automatic payments on either the 1st or the 15th of each month (in advance).
Contact our Rent Team to arrange a Direct Debit.
Bank Transfer / Standing Order
You can make a one-off payment or set up a regular standing order through your bank (see link below for further details).
By Phone
Pay by credit or debit card by calling 01478 612035 Option 2.
In Person
Payments can be made by cash, cheque, or card at our Portree office by prior arrangement.
By Post
Send a cheque or postal order to our Portree office.
Benefits
You may be able to pay your rent through Housing Benefit or the Housing Element of Universal Credit (see link below for more information).
