The Association has a stock of over 800 units of rented accommodation and shared ownership properties, but this number increases each year as new developments are completed. The property types range from single person flats to eight-person family houses.

Our rented housing is distributed widely throughout the area and we have invested in many of our small remote communities to help sustain these fragile areas and prevent the drift of population to the main centres. Client groups include single people, families, the elderly, people with support needs and wheelchair users. 

Our existing properties are currently occupied by our tenants.  When a vacancy arises, a suitable allocation will be made to an applicant on the Highland Housing Register in accordance with our Allocations Policy.

Rents range from £299 per month to £449 per month.
