Tenant Handbook & Portal

The Tenants handbook supplements the Tenancy Agreement between the tenant and the Association and explains in more detail the contents of the Tenancy Agreement and the services offered by the Association.

It is intended for general guidance and advice only and is not to be taken as forming part of the Tenancy Agreement. It is not intended to be a substitute for personal contact with the Association.

Tenants are asked to contact the Association’s staff immediately about any problems or issues with their property or tenancy.

Revisions and additions will be made to the Tenants handbook from time to time, and comments from tenants are encouraged and welcomed.

Tenant Portal

Tenants with email addresses can access an online self-service portal to view information about your rent account, submit repair requests, log a query and access key tenancy documents.
