“Minor” Problems

We will:

• encourage tenants/sharing owners to resolve their own disputes wherever possible by speaking to their neighbours at the start of a minor problem.

• record all such problems in case they develop further.

• always be prepared to become involved where the resident does not wish to take action themselves. This will include:

  • visiting those involved.

  • checking all parties understanding of responsibilities.

  • advising of future action if problems continue.
